HISTORY: Tuktuk was rescued as a puppy, and adopted into a wonderful home with a pal for 10 years. However, due to no fault of his own, he and his pal were surrendered to the Desert Tails Animal Shelter in Arizona. Although Tuktuk’s pal was adopted right away, Tuk ended up waiting for 6 months for an adopter before coming to Canada with the help of Helping Paws Adventures in hopes of finding his forever family in the Great White North!
TEMPERAMENT & PERSONALITY: Tuktuk is a super calm, friendly and easy going pup. He is great with other people and other dogs, loves snuggling up on blankets and sleeping in his crate or on the big bed when he’s allowed. Tuks is house trained, does a funny little dance when he’s doing his business, and is very quiet except when he thinks the house might have intruders – at which point he’ll defend his humans until he finds out the intruders are actually friends!
BEST MATCH: Someone who’ll spoil the little guy, take him on walks and car rides, and has lots of blankets he can snuggle on!
FAVORITE THINGS: Sausages, popcorn, warm blankets, and car rides
