TEMPERAMENT: Dude is very vivacious, super outgoing, full of life and energy now that he’s not insecure and scared like was upon arrival. Dude is loving, lively, full of excitement when receives attention. Likes to play with dogs, run and wrestle with them. He’s a homebody, but needs direction.
PERSONALITY: Bubbly, energetic, playful, goofy. Can be insistent. He’s smart and has stubborn personality so needs experienced dog owners. Another playful dog is good too. Dude is good around all dogs and people.
PETS NEEDS/BEHAVIOURAL INFO: Dude is a young puppy that could use guidance, meaning, basics training, reward based. He’s smart but needs someone to teach him what they expect. Dude needs direction so someone who knows dogs who can teach and get him exercise he needs running and playing.
BEST MATCH: Experienced dog people, another well trained dog and has time to teach Dude manner, basics, even agility. He’s outgoing and needs a job! Agility is perfect for gaining leadership and listening skills. He would be a great hiking buddy. Outdoorsy people are best. No couch potatoes or inexperience with dogs. He’s young and needs guidance and training. Little kids not a good choice since he can be too outgoing plus adopter needs time to invest in his training. Good with kids and animals. Very food motivated so training with goodies would go a long way!
