Ash (Adoption Pending)

GENDER: Male
AGE: 3 years old
SIZE/WEIGHT: Small, 15 lbs.
TEMPERAMENT: Little Ash was terrified when found himself, starving, scared on streets of San Jose California in a homeless camp with other dogs running and hiding from people. The shelter was not much better with loud noises and people all around, considering he had never been handled by people. He was terrified.
PERSONALITY: Ash is coming out of his PTS now that out of shelter and in free in good energy. He has a sweet and shy personality that is yet to totally blossom. We can tell he just wants to be loved, taken care of.
SOCIALIZATION SKILLS: Out into public, he loves to walk and good for him to see new things. He hasn’t seen much of the world or society. He is such a darling little boy!! They just don’t get cuter than little Ash.
PETS NEEDS: He needs opportunity to learn to trust people. With a little time, he will prove to be the best little doggie! Ash needs one on one time with someone and more people that care.
BEST MATCH: Someone calm, easy going, giving Ash time to be with adopter and come around in his time. Good food goes a long way! And walks around the park. Trips in car to put mind on other things and time with others. Good around dogs and cats. Good with people but very shy.
FAVORITE THINGS: Walks on leash. Cozy bed. Security. Good people food, not kibble! He loves all sorts of our food, and needs it. He arrived very skinny.
