PERSONALITY: Rocco is silly, on the goofy side. He wants to be with people who care about him. He bonds to those who show compassion. He’s up for adventure, and calm when need be. He’s easy going yet excited when new things happen but calms down easily.
SOCIALIZATION SKILLS/NEEDS: Needs good experience around men. He’s scared if men show fear or distain. He loves ladies moreso. Keep going to dog parks so remains happy, confident and well mannered around new dogs. Not to mention, SUPER smart! Hence, he needs, like all dogs, exercise to meet his needs and mental stimulation.
BEST MATCH: He looks to you for direction, so we’d like to see him go to adopter who wants to put time in Reward Based Training. Someone that likes to bike, hike, cross country, any outdoor activities that involve running. Maybe even agility, rescue or tracking course. FAVORITE THINGS: Attention, hence basic training would be so great for him. Being with people. Meeting and playing with dogs. Running at the park. Has a good recall since wants to be with you.
