SIZE/WEIGHT: Large and fluffy
HISTORY: First Nations homeless Stray, lives outside a nursing station far northern Saskatchewan, fed by health care staff otherwise would be starving. They work off and on different shifts and have to fly in for work and to get the homeless dogs out. It’s brutal cold in winter. Sometimes he doesn’t get fed. Many dogs go hungry if nurses dont bring food on the plane for the homeless dogs.
TEMPERAMENT: A real cutie, happy, friendly, always smiling when he see people! He wants to be with people.
PERSONALITY: Atlas has a natural happy go lucky attitude, grateful for attention, getting fed, he likes to greet people! He is curious, playful, outgoing and would be a great adventure buddy!
PETS NEEDS/BEHAVIOURAL INFO: Basic training, reward based. Rules and boundaries, help teach to be an indoor pet. Socialization in outside world.
BEST MATCH: Probably an active family, husky pups.
